By accessing and using Weed Company, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or services.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Since software is a digital product, we do not accept any type of refund attempt.

• If the user tries to share the key or log in to another HWID, they will be permanently banned from Weed software.

• The user is prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or any type of code breaking or violating systems. Any attempt to violate this restriction is subject to banishment from Weed.

• Any type of leaking, sharing, or disclosure of any Weed software files is prohibited.

• When using any Weed software, the user agrees to have their data such as HWID, IP, and PRINT collected for license control and security purposes.

• By using any Weed software, the user indicates their unrestricted acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein.

• The user is aware that failure to comply with any of the terms established here may result in immediate and permanent banishment from Weed, without the right to a refund.

Weed reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

No Warranties

Weed is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Weed be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Weed is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
